getting so big {Connecticut Baby Photography}

Well, I have been neglecting the blog lately. Having the kids home for the summer really messes me up. I think I have actually missed posting some work so I will have to look backward and post some of that later. But today, I get to show you my latest video for Miss M. We started photographing her while she was still in her momma’s belly, then we had a great newborn session with her a few months back. Well she came in the other day to show me just how much she has grown. She is such a sweet baby, and I know you will all enjoy her!

beautiful baby boy {Connecticut Newborn Photography}

I was lucky enough to get to spend the day with this wonderful family.  They are very laid back and SO easy to work with.  This little boy was SO easy to work with, he slept most of the time….I can only hope to have more babies like him in my studio.

naturals {Connecticut Family Photography}

What naturals this family is in front of the camera.  They basically posed themselves (makes my job easier).  I really enjoyed myself tonight…camera acted up.  It just stopped focusing and some how I got it working again (that got me sweating I tell ya)…but then it started to fire even when my finger was no where near the shutter..what’s up with THAT?   Anyway enjoy a few that I have finished editing.

personality to match {Connecticut Child Photography}

This little girl is as cute in personality as she is in outward appearance.  I really adored her.  She loved her new baby sisters and just was so confident and secure in herself.  She acted as if she knew me right away and even started to call me “Aunt Karen”.  Her mom corrected her and told her my name was Carrie and she should call me Mrs. Bassett.  I told her it was fine and I answered every time she asked Aunt Karen a question.  I am so happy to have gotten so many great shots of her so that I could share them with you all!
